The Nomadic School of Wonder invites you to join us for Wild Horses & Holy Cows, October 22-24, 2021 in Southern Utah!

This is an adventure choreographed by wild horses and holy cows. Playfulness is the magic ingredient and your willingness to learn how horses and cows experience nature. You must walk your path with an open heart while reflecting authenticity and strength. Expect nothing, ask no questions, wait for the gifts in the subtitles, as you allow your identity to slip away and become one with spirit.”

Dear Wonder Community ~
We’re delighted to invite you to join us for an intimate weekend adventure in awe with WILD HORSES & HOLY COWS, October 22-24, 2021 to benefit our friends at Windhorse Relations, a mustang sanctuary in Southern Utah.
Being in the presence of these magnificent beings is quite indescribable. The mustangs teach us about self-awareness, unconditional love, acceptance, surrender, play, and patience — along with a whole series of lessons about how to be in a relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
Afdhel Aziz, author of Good is the New Cool: Principles of Purpose shared his experience with the wild mustangs of the Windhorse herd this past May in this article in Forbes.
Our returning wonder guide for this adventure is artist, author & animal advocate, Leslie McGuirk, a founding artist in residence with the Nomadic School of Wonder. Leslie first experienced the Windhorse mustangs in February 2018 and described it as one of the most profound spiritual experiences of her life. She believes this particular herd is one of the few remaining experiences left on this planet where we can be intimate with a wild being.
This special adventure in awe includes:
2 1/2 days in communion with the mustangs & cows
Friday lunch & group welcome dinner
Saturday & Sunday boxed lunches at the corrals
Saturday evening campfire story circle
Sunday closing dinner
Guided nature hikes
Plus immeasurable moments of awe
Please note: Airfare, accommodations, transportation & trip insurance are not included in the tuition.
We will follow covid safe practices with this fully outdoor experience.
This is a sacred experience and is by invitation only.
Tuition for this adventure in awe: $1950 per person (limited to 12 participants)
Proceeds from this experience go to benefit our hosts, Windhorse Relations, for the continued nourishment and care of the Windhorse herd.
We have reserved the Crescent Moon Inn for our weekend together. There are a limited number of double and single occupancy rooms available for Thursday-Sunday nights. When you RSVP, please let us know if you’d like to reserve a spot at the Inn. There are also other accommodations close by including Inn at the EntradaRed Mountain Resort, Airbnb, VRBO, and Vacasa home rentals.
We recommend that guests arrive by Thursday evening, October 21st, and depart anytime on Monday, October 25th. The closest airport to Ivins, Utah is St. George Regional Airport, SGU.
